What do you think you can get done by giving up all TV time for the month of February?
Supposedly the average person spends approximately 2.5 hours every day watching TV. Regaining those 2.5 hours every day helps you to regain approximately 900 hours a year. Even at only $7.50/hr that would be nearly an extra $7000 a year. Think about all the different things you could do with that time.
Some say it takes 21 days to break a habit, but other say 66 days. Either way #TVFree28Challenge puts you 28 days closer to breaking your TV Habit.
Do you think you have what it takes to make it 28 days and break your TV habit?
Here are 4 of my ideas of what I want to do with my free time and keep me #TVFree28:
- Read more (hope to finish at least two books, aside from school books)
- Spend more time with my daughters (Dancing in the Dark)
- Complete Coding my Programs – EZ Win Fix & SIP God’s Word
- Finish/Restart writing my book – Retrain Your Money Mind
Remember it only takes 21 days to break a habit, so even if you start tomorrow on a Friday, you could break your habit!
